We never ask for passwords. Both items below are you adding us as a user from inside your own account, which you can remove in one click whenever you want. If anything ever asks you for a password, it is not from us.

business.facebook.com → Settings → People → Add → enter [email protected] → give us access to the ad account and the Facebook Page.
We need Advertiser on the ad account (to run campaigns) and access to the Page and Instagram (to post). Not full admin. You stay the owner of everything.

Settings → My Staff → Add Employee → enter [email protected] → User role is enough.
This is where your posts get scheduled and where the lead and campaign reporting lives, so we work inside your account rather than a separate tool you cannot see.

Anything else you can give us access to? Only if it is easy. These make the tracking cleanup faster but nothing is blocked without them.
Who owns the Meta ad account today? Not sure is a perfectly good answer. Finding out is part of the audit.
How fast does a new lead get called? Honestly. This one matters more than everything else on this page.
Which job types should we run first? Pick as many as you want. Each becomes its own campaign with its own offer.
Starting daily ad budget Paid by you directly to Meta. Never billed through us.
