Accessibility Statement
At Assure Digital Media, we want everyone to be able to use our website with ease, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they rely on. Accessibility is part of how we think good design should work, and we are committed to making our content clear, usable, and welcoming for all visitors.
Our commitment
Assure Digital Media LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that an accessible web is a better web for everyone, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one time task.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive needs. We use them as our benchmark when we design, build, and review our pages.
Measures we take
To support an accessible experience, we build and maintain our website with the following practices in mind:
- Semantic HTML that gives structure and meaning to content, so screen readers and other assistive technologies can interpret pages correctly.
- Full keyboard navigation, so visitors who do not use a mouse can reach links, buttons, and interactive elements in a logical order.
- Color choices and contrast levels intended to keep text and important elements readable.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, so the content they convey is available to people using screen readers.
- Respect for reduced motion preferences, so animations and movement are minimized for visitors who have requested less motion in their system settings.
- A responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and devices, from phones to desktops.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility work is never truly finished. As we add new content and features, and as standards and technologies evolve, we review our website and look for ways to do better. We treat feedback from real visitors as one of the most valuable parts of that process.
Known limitations and ongoing work
While we work hard to keep our website accessible, some content may not yet fully meet our target standard. Older pages, embedded third party content, and certain interactive elements can present challenges that we are actively working to address. If you come across a part of our website that is difficult to use, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.

If you have trouble accessing any part of our website, or if you encounter an accessibility barrier, we want to hear from you. If any content is not accessible to you, we will be glad to provide that information through an alternative method, such as by email or over the phone.
