Privacy policy

Assure Digital Media is a bilingual (English and Spanish) marketing agency for local businesses. We build websites, produce video and photo content, manage Google and Meta ads, provide local SEO, and set up and support Assure CRM, our customer relationship platform, with AI agents that answer and follow up on leads. We are a Florida limited liability company and a service-area business serving South Florida and Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. We have no storefront open to the public.

Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to give us when you fill in a form on our website (the contact form, the intake at Get started, or the Lead Leak Audit report request), book a call, call or text us, email us or sign up for our services. Depending on the form, this can include:

• your name, business name, email address and phone number;
• your website or social media address;
• what your business does, what you want to fix, how leads reach you today, the tools you use, your budget range and when you want to start;
• your preferred language and preferred way to be contacted;
• anything you write in a message, and what you tell us on a call, by text or by email;
• billing details when you buy services (card and bank details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored in full by us);
• login details and settings if you use Assure CRM.

Please do not send us medical, patient or other sensitive personal information through our website forms.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically:

• Analytics. On the live site we use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to understand how the site is used. It records things like the pages you view, the site or ad that sent you, your browser, device type and approximate location (city or region, worked out from your IP address), and actions such as tapping a phone number, starting a booking or sending a form. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. See section 5 and our cookie policy.
• Security and delivery. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, a security and performance service, and hosted by our hosting provider. Like any web server, they process your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

The Lead Leak Audit and the missed-call calculator

• When you run the free Lead Leak Audit, the web address you type is sent from your browser to Google PageSpeed Insights, a Google service, which loads that page the way a phone would and returns the test results to your browser. Google's terms and privacy policy apply to that test. We do not receive or store the address or the results unless you send the report form on that page. Our analytics records only that an audit ran, its score and the page language, never the address.
• The missed-call calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or to anyone else.

Information we process for our clients

When we provide services to a business client, that client may share data about its own customers and prospects with us, or that data may pass through Assure CRM. This can include the contact details, messages, appointments and transaction records of our client's customers. We process this information as a service provider on behalf of our client and follow that client's instructions. If you are a customer of one of our clients, that business is responsible for its own privacy practices, and requests about that data should go to that business first. We will help the business answer them.

We use the information we collect to:

• answer your questions, schedule and hold calls, and send you what you asked for, such as a Lead Leak Audit report;
• provide, run and improve our services and Assure CRM;
• deliver the work you hire us for, including websites, content, ads, local SEO and training;
• process payments and manage billing;
• send service messages and, where you have agreed, marketing messages about our services;
• understand how our website is used and measure how well our pages and campaigns work;
• keep our website and systems secure, and prevent fraud and abuse;
• meet our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Every form on our website sends what you type to Assure CRM, the customer relationship platform we use to manage leads and clients. Your details are saved as a contact record with labels that tell us which form you used, the page language and where you came from (for example, an Instagram link). Our team uses that record to reply to you, follow up and keep a history of our conversations. Assure CRM runs on software and servers provided to us by a third-party technology provider under contract, which processes the data only to provide the platform to us.

If you book a call through the calendar on our contact page, the booking is made in Assure CRM's calendar in the same way.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages and forms are used. We do not use it to identify you by name, and we do not send it your name, email address, phone number or the web address you type into the Lead Leak Audit. Google processes this data under its own policies, described in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google Analytics sets cookies only after you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Our website does not currently use advertising pixels such as the Meta pixel or Google Ads tags. If we add them, we will update this policy and our cookie policy before they go live.

When you give us your phone number on a form and tick the consent box, you agree to the following, which is the exact wording shown next to the box:

"I agree to receive calls and text messages from Assure Digital Media at the number I gave, about my inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

You can reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us. Even after you opt out of marketing messages, we may still contact you about an active inquiry, your account or services you buy from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the providers that deliver our messages for us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers that work for us, such as our website host and Cloudflare, Google (Analytics and PageSpeed Insights), the provider behind Assure CRM, our phone, text and email providers, and our payment processors. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• Advertising platforms, when we run campaigns for a client, such as Google and Meta, under those platforms' policies.
• Our clients, when we process data on their behalf as described in section 2.
• Legal and safety reasons, when the law, a court order or a government request requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Assure Digital Media, our clients or others.
• Business transfers, if Assure Digital Media is part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to answer you, provide our services, keep our business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you. Data we process for a client is kept according to our agreement with that client and the client's instructions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, change or destruction. Our website is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have an Assure CRM login, please keep it confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• see the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your personal information;
• opt out of marketing messages;
• get a copy of certain information in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 15. We will answer as the law requires and may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

California residents

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

Visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and similar laws, including the rights to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We process personal information on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, or to meet legal obligations. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website links to other sites and services we do not control, such as our clients' websites, Google, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. This policy does not apply to them. Please read the privacy policy of any site or service you visit.

We are based in the United States, and our services are meant for businesses in the United States. If you use our website from another country, your information will be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you in another way. The policy that applies is the one posted on this page.
