Dental Marketing in Florida

Dental marketing works when a new patient can pick the right service and reach the front desk without turning into one more loose task. We build practice websites, local search pages, ads and Assure CRM follow-up around check-in, recall, insurance questions and cosmetic consults. English and Spanish each get their own path.

How leads move through this field

People rarely search in agency vocabulary. They type a service, a problem, a city or a question about cost. The website has to meet that search with a useful answer and then offer one next step: call, request an appointment, ask for a quote or book a short conversation. We plan those paths around new-patient calls, consultation requests, hygiene recalls and treatment inquiries.

The site and ads are only the front door. Calls, forms, chat messages and social replies still need an owner, so we connect them to Assure CRM, label the source and assign the follow-up. Your front desk can read the history before replying. That keeps the marketing tied to real conversations. A monthly report that stops at clicks doesn't do that.

Our role is practical. We write pages people can understand, film the real team when approved, run campaigns and set up the handoff. The practice keeps its domain, every account and its patient relationships. Regulated, clinical or trade decisions stay with the people qualified to make them.

Proof

Live client sites you can check yourself.

We publish a client's numbers only with their written OK and a source. Until then, the proof is what you can click. Case studies go up on our case studies page as clients approve them.

Three lead-flow problems we fix

01

A new-patient call reaches a busy front desk

The phone rings while someone at the desk is checking in a patient, taking a payment or talking to the person at the window. Once the next task starts, a missed call is easy to forget. We wire the site, call tracking and missed-call text back together so the caller gets a prompt reply and the office sees the whole conversation in one place.

Of the three, this is the one we'd fix first.

02

Service pages do not answer the real question

A generic page that lists "dentistry" does little for someone comparing implants, same-day crowns, emergency care or a new-patient visit. Each priority service gets its own clear page. It explains who the service may fit, what the next appointment is and how to request it. No clinical promises.

03

The ad ends before the appointment is booked

A lead form is not an appointment. Someone still has to reply, answer questions and offer a time. Assure CRM records the source, starts the approved follow-up and keeps the request visible until staff close it, pause it or mark it complete.

No single piece of software fixes all three. The website sets the expectation, and the campaign has to reach the right search. And the follow-up has to fit how the office already works. We document each handoff so the front desk knows what's automatic, what needs a person and when a patient should stop getting messages.

What we set up

A website built around real questions

Our web design service starts with the calls and requests the practice wants. Each priority service gets enough room to say who it's for, what the next step is and where it's offered. Forms stay short. Tap-to-call works on phones. English and Spanish can have separate URLs and wording instead of a browser translation pasted over the page.

Our prices are published and stay visible. A landing page starts at $400. A redesign of up to five pages is $499. New sites are $699 for up to five pages, $999 for up to eight or $1,299 for up to twelve. Extra pages, copy and booking setup get scoped before work starts. Domain and hosting stay in the practice's name.

Local search pages with a reason to exist

Local SEO covers the technical foundation, Google Business Profile work, listings and pages for searches the practice can honestly serve. Ongoing local SEO is $149 a month. A one-time on-page tune-up is $299, Google Business Profile work is $199 and a listings setup is $299. We won't promise a ranking. We also won't copy one city page into ten places.

Ads connected to the reply

Paid ad management starts at $199 a month for one platform, and the practice pays the ad spend. We build the campaign and its landing page together. The form records the campaign source and call tracking records the call source, so the report can show appointment requests and the appointments the practice records. A pile of impressions with no next step isn't a report.

Follow-up that the team can see

Assure CRM puts calls, forms, texts and tasks in one login. Missed-call text back is $49 a month plus $299 setup. An AI receptionist is $149 a month plus $499 setup. The review engine is $79 a month. Automation follows the approved script and routes the patient, but the front desk still owns the professional answer and the final booking.

Compliance caution

Dental marketing has to protect patient information. Names, charts, appointment details and identifiable treatment records never go into ads, screenshots or portfolio pieces. Testimonials and before-and-after images need the practice's documented permission process. We follow the practice's direction and the applicable privacy rules. The final compliance call belongs to the practice and its counsel.

Tracking needs restraint too. We collect only what's needed to route and measure a lead, and we don't let a marketing dashboard become a clinical, coverage or legal record. Access should match each front desk team member's job. Old exports shouldn't get passed around casually.

Live work in this industry

Cagigas Dental and Metropolitan Smile Design are named examples from our current portfolio. Look at their live sites and you'll see the service list, language choices and contact path change from one business to the next. See the live client work for yourself, so you aren't relying on a stock mockup or an unsupported performance claim.

We don't publish a practice's revenue, patient count, enrollment count or close rate without written approval and a source. That's why there's no borrowed percentage next to these examples. The proof is what you can click: real businesses, live pages, and patient paths built around how each team works.

English and Spanish need separate decisions

A Spanish page should read as if it were written for the owner and the patient who'll use it. That changes the search phrase, the headline, the examples, the form labels and the follow-up message. Literal translation tends to keep English word order and miss the phrase people actually type, and we won't use it for this. We write the Spanish path on its own, then keep the facts, prices and compliance limits matched to the English.

The care doesn't stop at the form. A Spanish appointment request shouldn't get an English-only confirmation, or land with a front desk team member who can't answer it. We tag the preferred language in Assure CRM and plan that handoff with the practice before the campaign starts.

Questions

Questions owners ask

How much does this marketing cost?

That depends on what the practice needs. A landing page starts at $400, local SEO at $149 a month and ad management at $199 a month for one platform. Assure CRM products have their own published prices. The scope and payment schedule go in writing before work begins.

Can you work with our current website?

Yes. We can audit the current pages, repair the patient path and add focused landing pages when a full rebuild isn't the right first move. If the site is slow, hard to edit or tied to an account the practice doesn't own, we'll explain the tradeoff before recommending a rebuild.

Do you guarantee leads or rankings?

No. Search engines, ad auctions, budgets, competition and the practice's own follow-up all affect the result. We commit to the agreed pages, campaigns, tracking and reporting. We'll also tell you when the available proof doesn't support a claim.

Who owns the accounts and content?

The practice. Domains, hosting, ad accounts and practice profiles should sit under accounts the practice can access. We set up the work and document it, and we don't build a system that becomes useless if the relationship ends.

Can the pages and follow-up be bilingual?

Yes. We write native English and Spanish pages, match the form language and route the preferred language with the lead. The practice tells us who on the team should get each language.

What happens first?

A free 15-minute call. You show us how requests arrive today and where they stall. We recommend the smallest useful scope, give you the price and list anything we still need from your front desk team.

Talk through your lead flow

Bring the current website, one recent campaign and the way your team handles a new inquiry. We'll point out the first gap we'd fix and what it costs. We judge that fix by what happens at patient check-in, not by an agency template. Book a free 15-minute call, or call or text (561) 956-3791.
