Medical Practice Marketing in Florida

Before the phone rings, a patient, or the adult child calling for a parent, should already know who your practice serves. We build bilingual pages, local search, ads and Assure CRM follow-up for appointment questions, Medicare plan calls and open enrollment. Clinical decisions stay with the practice.

How leads move through this field

People don't search in agency vocabulary. They type a service, a symptom, a city or "how much does it cost." The website has to answer that search usefully and then offer one next step: call, request an appointment, ask for a quote or book a short conversation. We plan those paths around four kinds of contact: new-patient inquiries, plan questions, appointment requests and referral calls.

The site and the ads only get someone to the door. After that, every call, form, chat message and social reply needs an owner. We connect them to Assure CRM, label where each one came from and assign the follow-up, so your office team can read the history before they reply. That keeps the marketing tied to real conversations. A monthly report that stops at clicks doesn't tell you much.

Our part is practical. We write pages people can understand, film your real team when you approve it, run campaigns and set up the handoff. You keep your domain and every account. Patient relationships stay with you, and so do the regulated and clinical decisions.

Proof

Live client sites you can check yourself.

We publish a client's numbers only with their written OK and a source. Until then, the proof is what you can click. Case studies go up on our case studies page as clients approve them.

Three lead-flow problems we fix

01

Patients cannot tell whom the practice serves

Most medical homepages try to say everything at once. Patients want plain answers: which locations, which appointment types, which languages, and how to ask about eligibility or coverage. We organize the page around the questions your staff already hears on the phone.

02

After-hours inquiries wait until the next workday

People search after dinner, or whenever a family member is free to help. A short form, chat or call should create a task someone can see. Sitting in an inbox until morning isn't good enough. Assure CRM can acknowledge the request and route it to a person, without giving medical advice.

03

Marketing and patient information get mixed

Your team needs to know which campaign produced a call. It doesn't need protected health details sitting inside an ad report. We keep marketing source data apart from clinical information, and nothing public-facing touches patient records.

These problems connect, but no single piece of software fixes them. The website sets the expectation. The campaign has to reach the right search, and the follow-up has to fit how your office already works. We write down each handoff so the team knows what runs automatically, what needs a person, and when a patient should stop getting messages.

What we set up

A website built around real questions

Our web design service starts from the calls and requests you want more of. Each priority service gets enough room to say who it's for, what happens next and where it's offered. Forms stay short. Tap-to-call works on phones. English and Spanish can each have their own URLs and wording, so nobody is reading a browser translation pasted over the page.

We publish our prices. A landing page starts at $400. A redesign of up to five pages is $499. New sites are $699 for up to five pages, $999 for up to eight and $1,299 for up to twelve. Extra pages, copy and booking setup get scoped before work starts. The domain and hosting stay in the practice's name.

Local search pages with a reason to exist

Local SEO covers the technical foundation, Google Business Profile work, listings and pages for searches your practice can honestly serve. Ongoing local SEO is $149 a month. A one-time on-page tune-up is $299, Google Business Profile work is $199 and a listings setup is $299. We won't promise a ranking. And we won't copy one city page into ten towns, which is the oldest trick in local SEO and a bad one.

Ads connected to the reply

Paid ad management starts at $199 a month for one platform; the practice pays ad spend directly. We build each campaign and its landing page together. The form records which campaign sent the lead, and call tracking does the same for phone calls. So the report can show the patient questions and appointments your office records, instead of impressions that went nowhere.

Follow-up that the team can see

Assure CRM puts calls, forms, texts and tasks in one login. Missed-call text back is $49 a month plus $299 setup. An AI receptionist is $149 a month plus $499 setup. The review engine is $79 a month. Automation sticks to the approved script and routes the patient. Your team gives the professional answer and confirms the booking.

Compliance caution

Medical campaigns call for restraint. We keep protected health information out of ads, analytics, screenshots and reports. Medicare-focused messages also get checked against current CMS marketing guidance before they run. We use the practice's approved language and follow its access rules. We don't decide coverage, make medical claims or give legal advice.

Tracking gets the same care. We collect what's needed to route and measure a lead, and that's it. A marketing dashboard shouldn't turn into a clinical, coverage or legal record. Give each team member the access their job needs, and stop old exports from getting passed around.

Live work in this industry

Two current clients: Metropolitan Medical Centers and Cagigas Medical Centers. Look at their live sites and you'll see the service list, language choices and contact path change from one practice to the next. See the live client work. It's more honest than a stock mockup.

We don't publish a practice's revenue, patient count, enrollment count or close rate without written approval and a source. So you won't find a borrowed percentage next to these names. What you can check yourself is better proof anyway: real practices, live pages, patient paths built around how each team works.

English and Spanish need separate decisions

A Spanish page should read as if it was written for the owner and the patient who'll use it. That changes the search phrase, the headline, the examples, the form labels and the follow-up message. Literal translation tends to keep English word order and miss the phrase people actually type. We write the Spanish path on its own, then line up the facts, prices and compliance limits with the English version.

It carries past the form, too. A patient who wrote in Spanish shouldn't get an English-only confirmation, or end up with a staff member who can't answer. We tag preferred language in Assure CRM and agree on the handoff with you before the campaign starts.

Questions

Questions owners ask

How much does this marketing cost?

It depends on what the practice needs. A landing page starts at $400, local SEO at $149 a month and ad management at $199 a month for one platform. Assure CRM products are priced separately and published. Scope and payment schedule go in writing before work begins.

Can you work with our current website?

Yes. We can audit the pages you have, fix the patient path and add focused landing pages when a full rebuild isn't the right first move. If the site is slow, hard to edit or tied to an account the practice doesn't own, we'll explain the tradeoff before we recommend rebuilding.

Do you guarantee leads or rankings?

No. Search engines, ad auctions, budget, competition and your own follow-up all move the result. We commit to the agreed pages, campaigns, tracking and reporting. When the evidence doesn't support a claim, we'll tell you.

Who owns the accounts and content?

You do. Domains, hosting, ad accounts and practice profiles belong in accounts the practice can get into. We set everything up and document it. If we part ways, the system should still work.

Can the pages and follow-up be bilingual?

Yes. We write native English and Spanish pages, match the form language to the page and pass the preferred language along with the lead. You tell us who on the team takes each language.

What happens first?

A free 15-minute call. You show us how requests come in today and where they stall. We suggest the smallest scope that would help, give you the price and list anything we still need from your team.

Talk through your lead flow

Bring your current website, one recent campaign and a description of how your team handles a new inquiry. We'll tell you the first gap we'd fix and what it costs. Book a free 15-minute call, or call or text (561) 956-3791. We check that plan against open enrollment, October 15 to December 7. Not against an agency template.
