PPEC and ABA Marketing in Florida

PPEC and ABA marketing starts with a parent. Usually one under stress, trying to work out care, eligibility and the next referral step for their child. We build family-centered pages, local search, ads and Assure CRM follow-up for hospital referrals, pediatrician questions and authorization handoffs. And we never present an inquiry as an enrollment.

How leads move through this field

Parents rarely search using the provider's vocabulary. They type a service, a problem, a city or a question about cost, and the website has to meet that search with a useful answer. Then it should offer one next step: call, request an appointment, ask for a quote or book a short conversation. Here, we plan those paths around family inquiries, intake calls, referral questions and tour requests.

The site and ads are only the front door. Calls, forms, chat messages and social replies still need an owner. We connect each one to Assure CRM, label where it came from and assign the follow-up, so the intake team can read the history before anyone replies. Marketing stays tied to real conversations. A monthly report that stops at clicks can't do that.

Our role is practical. We write pages people can understand, film the real team when approved, run campaigns and set up the handoff. The provider keeps its domain and every account, and family relationships stay with the provider. Regulated and clinical decisions stay with the people qualified to make them.

Proof

Live client sites you can check yourself.

We publish a client's numbers only with their written OK and a source. Until then, the proof is what you can click. Case studies go up on our case studies page as clients approve them.

Three lead-flow problems we fix

01

Families do not know which program fits

PPEC and ABA are different services. A parent searching under stress shouldn't have to decode an industry page to figure that out. We explain each program in plain language, keep eligibility statements cautious and point the family to the right intake path.

02

An inquiry arrives without the context staff needs

A vague contact form buys another round of phone tag. We ask only the basic routing questions the provider approves, then place the inquiry in the correct intake view. Clinical details stay out of marketing forms unless the provider has a compliant reason and process for collecting them.

03

The follow-up stops after one missed call

Parents may be at work, at an appointment or caring for a child when staff calls back. One missed call shouldn't end it. The follow-up plan can include approved text and email reminders with a clear way to stop them, and staff sees the history before calling again.

These problems are connected. No single piece of software fixes them. The website sets the expectation, the campaign has to reach the right search, and the follow-up has to fit how the office already works. We document each handoff so the intake team knows what's automatic, what needs a person and when a family should stop getting messages.

What we set up

A website built around real questions

Our web design service starts from the calls and requests the provider actually wants. Each priority service gets enough room to say who it's for, what the next step is and where it's offered. Forms stay short. Tap-to-call works on phones. English and Spanish can have separate URLs and their own wording, instead of a browser translation pasted over the page.

Prices are published, and they stay visible. A landing page starts at $400. A redesign of up to five pages is $499. New sites cost $699 for up to five pages, $999 for up to eight and $1,299 for up to twelve. Extra pages, copy and booking setup get scoped before work starts. The domain and hosting stay in the provider's name.

Local search pages with a reason to exist

Local SEO covers the technical foundation, Google Business Profile work, listings and pages for searches the center can honestly serve. Ongoing local SEO is $149 a month. A one-time on-page tune-up is $299, Google Business Profile work is $199 and a listings setup is $299. We don't promise a ranking. We won't copy one city page into ten places, either. That's lazy work.

Ads connected to the reply

Paid ad management starts at $199 a month for one platform, with ad spend paid by the provider. We build each campaign and its landing page together. The form records the campaign source, and call tracking records the call source. So the report can show family inquiries and appointments the provider records, instead of a pile of impressions with no next step.

Follow-up that the team can see

Assure CRM puts calls, forms, texts and tasks behind one login. Missed-call text back is $49 a month plus $299 setup. An AI receptionist is $149 a month plus $499 setup. The review engine is $79 a month. Automation follows the approved script and routes the family. It doesn't give the professional answer or make the final booking. The intake team does.

Compliance caution

Florida PPEC and ABA marketing touches health information and regulated services. Public copy shouldn't imply eligibility, authorization, coverage or a clinical outcome. Patient and child information stays out of ads and public examples. We follow the provider's approved intake language and the relevant Florida AHCA requirements, and Medicaid and privacy rules apply too. Final compliance review belongs to the provider.

Tracking needs restraint as well. We collect what's needed to route and measure a lead, and that's it. A marketing dashboard is not a clinical, coverage or legal record, and we don't let it become one. Access should match each intake team member's job. Old exports shouldn't get passed around casually.

Live work in this industry

Peek A Boo PPEC, Little Giants PPEC, Prestige Behavior Therapy and Mayoral Behavioral Services are all in our current portfolio. Look at their live sites and you'll see the service list, language choices and contact path change from one business to the next. See the live client work instead of trusting a stock mockup or an unsupported performance claim.

We don't publish a provider's revenue, patient count, enrollment count or close rate without written approval and a source. A borrowed percentage would make this section look stronger. We left it off anyway. What you can check is the work itself: real businesses with live pages, each with a family path built around how that team works.

English and Spanish need separate decisions

A Spanish page should read as if it were written for the owner and the families who'll use it. That changes the search phrase, the headline, the examples, the form labels and the follow-up message. A literal translation tends to keep English word order and miss the phrase people actually type. So we write the Spanish path on its own, then keep the facts, prices and compliance limits aligned with the English.

The care doesn't stop at the form. A Spanish-speaking family shouldn't get an English-only confirmation, or land with an intake team member who can't answer them. We label the preferred language in Assure CRM and plan the handoff with the provider before the campaign starts.

Questions

Questions owners ask

How much does this marketing cost?

It depends on which parts the provider needs. A landing page starts at $400, local SEO at $149 a month and ad management at $199 a month for one platform. Assure CRM products have their own published prices. Scope and payment schedule go in writing before any work begins.

Can you work with our current website?

Yes. We can audit the current pages, repair the family path and add focused landing pages when a full rebuild isn't the right first move. If the site is slow, hard to edit or tied to an account the center doesn't own, we'll explain the tradeoff before recommending a rebuild.

Do you guarantee leads or rankings?

No. Search engines, ad auctions, budgets, competition and the center's own follow-up all affect the result. What we commit to is the agreed pages, campaigns, tracking and reporting. And we'll say so when the available proof doesn't support a claim.

Who owns the accounts and content?

The provider does. Domains, hosting, ad accounts and provider profiles should sit under accounts the provider can access. We set up the work and document it. We avoid building anything that becomes useless if the relationship ends.

Can the pages and follow-up be bilingual?

Yes. We write native English and Spanish pages, match the form language and route the preferred language with the lead. The provider tells us who on the team should receive each language.

What happens first?

A free 15-minute call. You show us how requests arrive today and where they stall. We recommend the smallest useful scope, give you the price and list anything we still need from your intake team.
