Senior Care Marketing in Florida
Senior care marketing has to answer two people at once: the adult child comparing programs, and the family caregiver deciding what happens next. We build bilingual pages, local search, real video and Assure CRM follow-up around tour requests, daily activities and family questions. The center approves every care claim.
How leads move through this field
Families don't search in the center's vocabulary. They type a service, a problem, a city, or a worried question about cost. The website has to meet that search with a useful answer and then offer one next step: call, request an appointment, ask for a quote or book a short conversation. We plan those paths around family calls, tour requests, program questions and enrollment inquiries.
The site and ads are only the front door. Calls, forms, chat messages and social replies still need an owner, so we connect them to Assure CRM, label the source and assign the follow-up. The tour team can read the history before replying. Marketing stays tied to actual conversations instead of a monthly report that stops at clicks.
Our role is practical. We write pages people can understand, film the real team when approved, run campaigns and set up the handoff. The program keeps its domain and every account, and family relationships stay with the program. Regulated and clinical decisions stay with the people qualified to make them.
Proof
Live client sites you can check yourself.
We publish a client's numbers only with their written OK and a source. Until then, the proof is what you can click. Case studies go up on our case studies page as clients approve them.

Three lead-flow problems we fix
The decision involves more than one family member
An adult child searches first. Another relative calls. The future participant wants the information in Spanish. The page has to give all of them the same facts, so we build a clear English and Spanish path and keep the call history in one place.
Stock photos hide what the program feels like
Families want to see the rooms, activities, meals and people who run the day. We plan an on-site photo and video day, then use approved images across the website and ads. Frankly, one real photo of the activity room beats any stock smile. No participant appears publicly without going through the center's release process.
A tour request gets treated like a general message
Someone ready to visit shouldn't sit in the same inbox as a vendor email. Forms and calls can be tagged as tour requests, assigned to the right person and followed until the family picks a time.
These problems are connected, but one piece of software won't solve them. The website sets the expectation. The campaign has to reach the right search, and the follow-up has to fit how the office already works. We document each handoff so the tour team knows what's automatic, what needs a person and when a family should stop getting messages.
What we set up
A website built around real questions
Our web design service starts with the calls and requests the program wants more of. Each priority service gets enough room to say who it's for, what the next step is and where it's offered. Forms stay short. Tap-to-call works on phones. English and Spanish can have separate URLs and wording, not a browser translation pasted over the page.
Prices are published. A landing page starts at $400. A redesign of up to five pages is $499. New sites cost $699 for up to five pages, $999 for up to eight or $1,299 for up to twelve. Extra pages, copy and booking setup are scoped before work starts, and the domain and hosting stay in the center's name.
Local search pages with a reason to exist
Local SEO covers the technical foundation, Google Business Profile work, listings and pages for searches the program can honestly serve. Ongoing local SEO is $149 a month. A one-time on-page tune-up is $299, Google Business Profile work is $199 and a listings setup is $299. We won't promise a ranking. We won't copy one city page into ten places either.
Ads connected to the reply
Paid ad management starts at $199 a month for one platform, with ad spend paid by the center. We build the campaign and its landing page together. Forms record the campaign source; call tracking records the call source. That way the report shows tour requests and appointments the program actually logged, not a pile of impressions with nowhere to go.
Follow-up that the team can see
Assure CRM puts calls, forms, texts and tasks in one login. Missed-call text back is $49 a month plus $299 setup. An AI receptionist is $149 a month plus $499 setup. The review engine is $79 a month. Automation follows the approved script and routes the family, but the tour team still owns the real answer and the final booking.
Compliance caution
Senior care marketing has to respect privacy and consent. We don't identify participants, discuss diagnoses or imply health outcomes. Photos and testimonials follow the center's release policy. If a program mentions Medicare, Medicaid or another regulated benefit, its own team approves the wording before it goes live. We provide marketing, not benefits or legal advice.
Tracking needs restraint too. We collect what's needed to route and measure a lead, and nothing turns the marketing dashboard into a clinical, coverage or legal record. Access should match each tour team member's job. Old exports shouldn't get passed around.
Live work in this industry
Tamarac Senior Center is a named example from our current portfolio. Its live site shows how the service list, language choices and contact path were shaped for that specific center. See the live client work instead of trusting a stock mockup or a performance claim nobody can check.
We don't publish a center's revenue, participant count, enrollment count or close rate without written approval and a source. That's why there's no borrowed percentage on this page. The proof you can actually check is visible: real businesses, live pages, and family paths built around how each team works.
English and Spanish need separate decisions
A Spanish page should read as if it was written for the owner and the families who'll use it. That changes the search phrase, the headline, the examples, the form labels and the follow-up message. Literal translation tends to keep English word order and miss the phrase people actually type. So we write the Spanish path on its own, then line up the facts, prices and compliance limits with the English version.
And it doesn't stop at the form. A Spanish tour request shouldn't get an English-only confirmation, or land with someone on the tour team who can't answer it. We label the preferred language in Assure CRM and plan that handoff with the center before the campaign starts.

Questions
Questions owners ask
How much does this marketing cost?
It depends on what the center needs. A landing page starts at $400, local SEO at $149 a month and ad management at $199 a month for one platform. Assure CRM products have their own published prices. Scope and payment schedule go in writing before work begins.
Can you work with our current website?
Yes. We can audit the current pages, repair the family path and add focused landing pages when a full rebuild isn't the right first move. If the site is slow, hard to edit or tied to an account the program doesn't own, we'll explain the tradeoff before recommending a rebuild.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?
No. Search engines, ad auctions, budgets, competition and the program's own follow-up all affect the result. We commit to the agreed pages, campaigns, tracking and reporting, and we'll tell you when the available proof doesn't support a claim.
Who owns the accounts and content?
The center does. Domains, hosting, ad accounts and profiles should sit under accounts the center can access. We set up the work, document it, and avoid building anything that becomes useless if we part ways.
Can the pages and follow-up be bilingual?
Yes. We write native English and Spanish pages, match the form language and route the preferred language with the lead. The center tells us who should receive each language.
What happens first?
A free 15-minute call. You show us how requests arrive today and where they stall. We recommend the smallest useful scope, give you the price and list anything we still need from your tour team.
Talk through your lead flow
Bring the current website, one recent campaign and the way your team handles a new inquiry. We'll point out the first gap we'd fix and what it costs.
