Contractor Marketing in Florida
Your marketing has to keep working while the crew is out on a job and the office is pricing estimates. We build websites around your finished projects, plus city pages, ads and Assure CRM follow-up for quote requests, storm calls and photos of completed work. You keep control of every account and every customer conversation.
How leads move through this field
Homeowners don't search in agency vocabulary. They type a service, a problem, a city or a question about cost. The website has to answer that search with something useful and then offer one next step: call, request an appointment, ask for a quote or book a short conversation. For contractors, we plan those paths around estimate requests, project photos, service-area searches and follow-up calls.
The site and ads are only the front door. Calls, forms, chat messages and social replies still need someone responsible for them. We connect them all to Assure CRM, tag where each one came from and assign the follow-up, so the office can read the history before anyone replies. That ties the marketing to real conversations. A monthly report that stops at clicks doesn't.
Our role is practical. We write pages people understand, film your actual crew when you approve it, run the campaigns and set up the handoff. Your company keeps the domain, every account and every homeowner relationship. Regulated or trade decisions stay with the people qualified to make them.
Proof
Live client sites you can check yourself.
We publish a client's numbers only with their written OK and a source. Until then, the proof is what you can click. Case studies go up on our case studies page as clients approve them.

Three lead-flow problems we fix
The phone rings while the crew is on a job
Owners can't stop work every time a call comes in. Missed-call text back acknowledges the caller and asks what service they need. The request waits in Assure CRM until the owner or the office replies.
The website shows services but no real work
A homeowner pricing a kitchen wants to see kitchens. The same goes for paint, tile, screen enclosures or completed inspections. We sort approved project photos by service and area, and each caption says what the crew actually did. It never claims work outside their scope.
One page tries to rank in every city
A copied city page gives the reader nothing. We build service-area pages only where the company works and has something local to say. Each one answers the local question and links to the service that belongs there. Honestly, we'd rather leave a city off the site than fake a page for it.
These problems are connected, but no single piece of software solves them. The website sets the expectation and the campaign has to reach the right search. Then the follow-up has to fit how your office already works. We document each handoff so your team knows what runs on its own, what needs a person and when a homeowner should stop getting messages.
What we set up
A website built around real questions
Our web design service starts from the calls and requests you actually want more of. Each priority service gets room to say who it's for, what happens next and where you offer it. Forms stay short. Tap-to-call works on phones. English and Spanish can get their own URLs and wording instead of a browser translation laid over the page.
Our prices are published and they stay that way. A landing page starts at $400. A redesign of up to five pages is $499. A new site is $699 for up to five pages, $999 for up to eight or $1,299 for up to twelve. Extra pages, copywriting and booking setup get scoped before work starts. The domain and hosting stay in your name.
Local search pages with a reason to exist
Local SEO covers the technical foundation, Google Business Profile work, listings and pages for searches you can honestly serve. Ongoing local SEO is $149 a month. The one-time options are an on-page tune-up for $299, Google Business Profile work for $199 and a listings setup for $299. We won't promise a ranking. We won't paste one city page into ten towns either.
Ads connected to the reply
Paid ad management starts at $199 a month for one platform, and you pay the ad spend. We build each campaign and its landing page together. Forms record the campaign source and call tracking records the call source, so the report can show the estimate requests and appointments you log. You don't get a pile of impressions with no next step.
Follow-up that the team can see
Assure CRM puts calls, forms, texts and tasks behind one login. Missed-call text back is $49 a month plus $299 setup. An AI receptionist runs $149 a month plus $499 setup. The review engine is $79 a month. The automation follows a script you approve and routes the homeowner, but your office still gives the professional answer and confirms the booking.
Compliance caution
Home service copy has to match the company's documented trade scope, licenses and insurance. We don't write "licensed," "insured," "certified" or "code compliant" unless you give us current proof and approve the exact wording. Permit and code rules change by job and by jurisdiction, and the final project guidance comes from you.
Tracking needs restraint too. We collect what it takes to route and measure a lead, and no more. A marketing dashboard isn't a coverage or legal record, and we won't turn it into one. Give each person on your team the access their job needs. And don't pass old exports around casually.
Live work in this industry
Renova Pross, SFL Screening and 40 Year Building are in our current portfolio. Their live sites show how the service list, the language choices and the contact path change from one business to the next. See the live client work instead of trusting a stock mockup or a performance claim nobody can back up.
We don't publish a contractor's revenue or close rate without written approval and a source. That's why there's no borrowed percentage next to those names. You can check the proof yourself: real businesses, live pages and homeowner paths built around how each team works.
English and Spanish need separate decisions
A Spanish page should read as if it was written for the owner and the homeowner who'll use it. That changes the search phrase, headline, examples, form labels and follow-up message. Literal translation tends to keep English word order and miss the phrase people actually type. So we write the Spanish path on its own, then make sure the facts, prices and compliance limits match the English.
That care has to continue after the form. A Spanish estimate request shouldn't get an English-only confirmation or land with someone in the office who can't answer it. We tag the preferred language in Assure CRM and plan that handoff with you before the campaign starts.

Questions
Questions owners ask
How much does this marketing cost?
That depends on which parts you need. A landing page starts at $400, local SEO at $149 a month and ad management at $199 a month for one platform. Assure CRM products have their own published prices. Scope and payment schedule go in writing before work begins.
Can you work with our current website?
Yes. We can audit what's there, fix the path a homeowner takes through it and add focused landing pages when a full rebuild isn't the right first move. If the site is slow, hard to edit or tied to an account you don't own, we'll walk you through the tradeoff before recommending a rebuild.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?
No. Search engines, ad auctions, budgets, competition and your own follow-up all affect the result. What we commit to is the agreed pages, campaigns, tracking and reporting. We'll also tell you when the proof you have doesn't support a claim.
Who owns the accounts and content?
You do. Domains, hosting, ad accounts and business profiles should sit in accounts you can get into. We set up the work and document it. We won't build a system that stops working if you leave us.
Can the pages and follow-up be bilingual?
Yes. We write native English and Spanish pages, use the matching form language and send the preferred language through with the lead. You tell us who on the team gets each language.
What happens first?
A free 15-minute call. You show us how requests come in today and where they stall. We recommend the smallest scope that's actually useful, give you the price and list anything we still need from your office.
Talk through your lead flow
Bring your current website, one recent campaign and a walkthrough of how your team handles a new inquiry. We'll point to the first gap we'd fix and tell you what it costs. We pick that fix by the estimate requests it can bring in, not from an agency template. Book a free 15-minute call, or call or text (561) 956-3791.
