Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 17, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. Many of the people we work with run health care practices and senior centers, and their customers include older adults and people who speak Spanish first, so a clear, readable website matters to us.
Our commitment
Assure Digital Media LLC is committed to a website that works for the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time task.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities. We use them when we design, build and review our pages.
What we do
- Structure. Every page uses real headings, with one main heading, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can move through it.
- Keyboard. Every link, button, menu and form works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page.
- Contrast. Text is checked against its background on every page at phone and desktop sizes before we publish, and must reach at least 4.5 to 1 (3 to 1 for large text).
- Images. Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label, optional fields are marked, and error messages say what to fix in words, not only in color.
- Motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, our animations become a simple fade and the slow background animations stop.
- Without JavaScript. Our pages, menus and questions still work if JavaScript is off or fails to load.
- Phones and zoom. Pages fit screens from small phones to wide monitors and can be zoomed without losing content.
- Two languages. Every main page exists in English and in Spanish, and each page tells your browser and screen reader which language it is in.
Known limitations
Some parts of our website come from other services and may not fully meet our standard yet:
- the booking calendar on our contact page, which is loaded from Assure CRM;
- screenshots of client websites on our work and case study pages, which show those sites as they look and are described in text next to each image;
- the free Lead Leak Audit, which shows results from Google PageSpeed Insights and depends on that service answering.
If one of these gets in your way, contact us and we will help you another way, for example by booking your call over the phone.
Ask for help or report a problem
If anything on our website is hard to use, or you cannot get the information you need, tell us. We will give you the information another way, by email or over the phone, and work on a fix.
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone or text: (561) 956-3791
Please tell us the page and what got in your way. We aim to reply to accessibility requests within 5 business days.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. It helps us decide what to fix first. Write to [email protected] or call (561) 956-3791 any time.
