Lead Leak Audit: a free check of your website
Type your web address. We run it through Google's PageSpeed Insights mobile test and turn the results into a score out of 100 and a short list of what to fix, in plain language. It checks how fast the page loads on a phone, whether it is secure, whether it fits a phone screen, whether buttons are easy to tap and whether Google can read it. Then you can ask for the full report.
How the score works
Seven scored checks, 100 points.
Every number comes from Google PageSpeed Insights, which runs Lighthouse on a simulated mid-range phone. Mobile speed is worth 30 points, scaled from Google's performance score. Each of the other six is pass or fail. If Google cannot run a check on your page, we leave it out, scale the score to the checks that ran and tell you which one is missing. We never fill in a number we did not measure.
Mobile speed
Google's performance score for the page, from 0 to 100, scaled to 30 points. 90 or more is Google's "good" range, 50 to 89 "needs improvement" and under 50 "poor".
30 points, scaledSecure connection (HTTPS)
Does the page load over a secure connection? Without it, browsers can mark the site "Not secure".
15 points, pass or failFits a phone screen
Does the page tell phones to fit it to the screen, instead of showing a shrunken desktop page?
15 points, pass or failEasy to tap
Are buttons and links big enough, and far enough apart, to tap with a thumb?
10 points, pass or failGoogle can index it
Is Google allowed to index the page, so it can appear in search results?
10 points, pass or failPage title
Does the page have a title, the blue link Google shows in search results?
10 points, pass or failMeta description
Does the page have a meta description, the text Google can show under the link?
10 points, pass or failLoad time and layout shift are shown with Google's targets but not scored on their own, because they already count inside the mobile speed score.
What a test cannot see
The full report covers the rest.
A website test only sees the website. The leads that slip away after someone calls or fills in a form need a person to check. The full report adds these.
- Whether calls get answered, and how fast a missed call gets a call or text back
- How quickly a form or a website chat gets a reply
- What happens to leads after hours and on weekends
- Whether your Google Business Profile is complete and recent
- Whether your pages and replies work for customers who speak Spanish

Tell us where to send it. We run the audit again, add the checks above that a test cannot do, and email you a plain-language report.
What happens to your web address
The address you type is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights, which loads the page the way a visitor's phone would. Google's terms apply to that test. We do not store the address or the result unless you send the form. If you do, your details go into Assure CRM so we can email the report, and we use them only for that and for following up about it.
