Case study
Cagigas Dental: three times the ad contacts in three months
Cagigas Dental is a Spanish-first dental office in the Lake Worth area of Palm Beach County. From July to September 2026, after we launched new $79 cleaning and payment-plan video ads, its Meta ads brought in 137 contacts a month. From April to June it was about 43. Cost per contact fell from $26 to $21.

The numbers
| Before (Apr to Jun 2026) | New ads (Jul to Sep 2026) | |
|---|---|---|
| Ad contacts a month | about 43 | 137 |
| Total ad contacts | 128 | 411 |
| Meta ad spend a month | $1,117 | $2,887 |
| Cost per contact | $26.18 | $21.07 |
The client
The practice works mostly in Spanish, and many of its patients come in without dental insurance. It covers cleanings, implants, smile design and emergencies, with a bilingual front desk.
The problem
The office first advertised on Meta in April 2026, with one offer: a $79 first visit. It brought in 33 contacts in April and 33 in May. That's a steady trickle, not enough to keep the chairs full.
Some leads also got lost after they came in. A contact who filled in a form at night needed a call the next morning, and nobody could see at a glance who had been called.
What we built
New video ads
$79 cleaning and payment-plan ads from July 2026, with the office's own team on camera, in Spanish and English.
Local SEO
On July 22, 2026 we fixed the sitemap, page titles, internal links and schema. Six city pages followed, plus two blog posts a month and 21 graded photos from our shoots for the Google Business Profile.
Assure CRM follow-up
Every ad contact lands in Assure CRM. When someone writes words like “cita”, “precio” or “seguro”, or fills in the website form, the team gets a text alert and the lead goes to a Spanish or an English speaker. If nobody calls within 30 minutes during office hours, the alert goes out again.
A weekly report in Spanish
Every Friday the owners get one private page with what was spent, who came in and who still needs a call.
Results
From July to September 2026 the Meta ads brought in 411 contacts, 137 a month. In the three months before, they brought in 128. That's 3.2 times the contacts on 2.6 times the spend, so each contact got cheaper: $21.07, down from $26.18.
August was the best month: 171 contacts at $17.94 each. September came in at 145 contacts and $23.68 each, partly because a messaging campaign spent $886.69 that month without producing any form contacts.
The office's Google Business Profile logged 32 calls in September 2026.
What these numbers are not. A contact is a person who filled in a Meta lead form. It is not a booked appointment and it is not a new patient. We don't publish appointments or revenue here, because the team's appointment tracking in the CRM was still being set up during this period. No patient appears on this page.
