Metropolitan Medical Centers: 155 Google reviews, and a system to keep them coming
Metropolitan Medical Centers is a bilingual medical center in Tamarac, Broward County, that cares mostly for seniors. On October 6, 2026 its Google profile showed 155 reviews at 4.7 stars, 143 of them five stars. We built the pieces that keep new reviews coming in: a bilingual review page, QR stands at the front desk and a written reply to every review.

The numbers
| On Google, October 6, 2026 | |
|---|---|
| Reviews | 155 |
| Average rating | 4.7 |
| Five-star reviews | 143 |
| Profile interactions, May to October 2026 | 2,595 |
| Profile views in a month | 1,673 |
The client
The center offers primary care, dental, lab, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy and more under one roof. Most patients speak Spanish first, and many are on Medicare.
The problem
For a senior picking a doctor, reviews are often the first thing they read, or their daughter reads for them. A patient who had a good visit rarely thinks to write about it. A patient who waited on hold does. Without a simple way to ask at the right moment, the profile hears mostly from the unhappy ones.
What we built
A bilingual review page
One link, in English and Spanish, that takes a patient to the center's Google review box. Rebuilt and tested live on October 7, 2026.
QR stands and stickers at the desk
Desk stands and stickers with a QR code, so a patient can scan the code while they wait to check out. Ordered October 8, 2026.
A reply to every review
Each month we pull the new reviews and draft a reply in the reviewer's language, naming something real from what they wrote. A negative review gets a way to reach a person. The center approves each reply before it goes up.
Reviews in the owner's weekly panel
The center's private report shows the rating, the star split and what patients mention most.
Results
What patients mention most, on Google's own topic list: patient care (17 reviews), staff kindness (12) and cleanliness (7).
What these numbers are not. Review counts and ratings are read by hand from the public Google listing on the date shown. Profile interactions are Google's own count for the period it shows. This page does not claim growth: we will add a before and after count, each with its date, once both exist. We don't publish patient names, and no patient appears on this page.
